German : subordinating conjunctins vs adverbial conjunctions
1.subordinating conjunctions : these conjunctions send the verb to the END of the clause. The verb is always the LAST elemetn of a subordinate clause.
eg.,
Obgleich es grregnet hatte, war es immer noch sehr warm.
Er is schon weg 9away ), wie (as) ich sehe.
Er besucht uns immer, wenn (when ) er in London.

2. adverbial conjunctions : when they introduce a cluase, the ORDER of subject and verb is inverted.
eg.,
Es ist zu spät, außerdem bin ich müde.
Er wollte das Geld, darum (for that reason ) hat er es gemacht.
