有顏面提得出這種建議的 港共政府，根本不知道，實施糧食配合，對一個地方的人民，是何等的侮辱！憑出世紙配給糧食？這是日本皇軍 統治香港的淪陷時期嗎？

為什麼 不限制外來走私客購買奶粉，為什麼 不拘捕走私客，反過來 要用登記配給制度 來對付香港的合法居民？

因為統治香港的，是中共殖民政府，其政府行為有如 軍事統治政府，而大陸人在香港的地位，是皇民的地位，在殖民地享有特權。


各位香港同胞，從港共政府的行為可見，香港人已經淪為二等奴隸。
