陳雲：關於美國退出氣候協定，特朗普總統糊糊塗塗地做了件全對的事。


President Trump did a very good job, because he withdrew from the Climate Accord and blew the whole fishy thing up。


現在由陳雲用簡單的哲學思考...，演示氣候協定的兩大錯誤假設：


一、科學假設：二氧化碳在工業時代的大量排放，好可能引致氣候暖化。這個假設是對的，


但也有其他氣候週期和太陽黑子週期的影響，氣候暖化有幾種元素引致，


減少工業的碳排放只是氣候暖化的其中一個元素，而且是人類可以控制的元素，故此仍是值得做的。


但做了的效果未必可以挽回氣候暖化，只是減輕了人類的道義責任。故此，這個做法的意義並非科學上的，而是道德上的。要做的是改變高消費、高浪費的生活方式，


而這種生活方式是西方發達國家造成的。故此西方發達國家有其責任去改變消費模式，儉樸生活、鄰近採購，


之後才談到如何減低工業活動、如何減低碳排放。簡單而言，解決的方法，是毀滅資本主義的利潤主導的生產模式。


故此這個氣候協定是虛偽的，必會失敗的。當然，它可以滋長一些環保電器、碳排放交易、碳排放期貨之類的產業，給環保NGO和金融界賺一點錢。



二、國家假設：在國際協定上面，經常用主權國家做協商和簽約的主體，但是，資本主義的全球化產業鏈和銷售網，


令國家這個主體成為不相干（irrelevant），簽約的主體應該是依照產值而配置的國內公司或跨國公司，


國家只是簽約的其中一個主體（player），直接開工廠、開發電廠的公司必須牽涉在協定之內。然而，由於公司不是主權國家，無法立法管制，故此逍遙法外，


由國家去做冤大頭，國家也無法規管那些遊走在列國之間的大公司（然而國家的領導層會被這些大公司收買！）。



跨國公司的做法，是在發達國家減低碳排放，而將高度污染的生產基地轉移去第三世界國家，例如中國和印度，然後在氣候協定給這些第三世界國家一個好寬鬆的透支額度，可以污染到2030年才實行減排措施。


故此，國家假設這個做法，無法達到氣候改善的目標，反而方便了高污染的企業轉移去那些毫無規管的生產基地。


世界上，好多騙局，好多國際鬧哄哄的東西，都經不起簡單的邏輯考驗。當然，如果陳雲不示範給你看，你永遠不會拆穿這個騙局。

陳雲：After the fall of the dynasty, the scholar-official class 士大夫 was destroyed and the scholarly-merchants 儒商 as well as the village gentry 鄉紳 disappeared.


 The ⋯⋯Chinese society was reduced to lower middle class and working class, with some remnants of the old aristocrats in the Kuomintang and Shanghai business world.


The fallen Chinese society can only stick to local lower folk beliefs and values （黃大仙/ 媽祖+搵食）, and western subculture and social Darwinism, for sake of survival.


In some sense, the Chinese fall from humans to beasts (or even worse).



The cultural vacuum of the upper class in Chinese society can be practically filled up by any outsiders who claim themselves to be aristocrats, scholarly or just tasteful. These outsiders can be from England, Japan, Russia or the USA.


 Cultural colonialism is so firmly rooted in China in a way that the Chinese were doomed to be enslaved,

 until they were awakened one day and return to the root of all social and cultural sickness -- the fall of the dynasty, and find a modern substitute.
