陳雲：城邦論是什麼？講明白給各位香港同胞知道。城邦論就是香港的現實政治，城邦論講個明白，香港的制度和繁華，是由夷狄國君建立的。


大英帝國用社會工程（social engineering），人工地在香港造出來個香港城邦國，君主立憲、保舊開新的滿清帝國維新運動在中國失敗，


大英帝國就在香港做康有為、梁啟超的一套，踢走白話文運動，恢復華夏王朝文化。


一九九七年七月一日，大英帝國走了之後，香港就滅亡，你看日前警務處長被習近平總統當面奚落，就知道香港的滅亡是咎由自取，

香港城邦論的做法，是先用基本法的永續自治，奠定香港的實然主權，之後再復興華夏及歐洲文化，建立國魂，推廣海外，建立香港大帝國。

陳雲：我們發現出賣本土運動的，裡面全部是香港本土人，土生土長的屋邨仔女


 陳雲：令人不安的真相，inconvenient truth. 日前與幾位同道談話，我們發現出賣本土運動的，裡面全部是香港本土人，土生土長的屋邨仔女，沒有一個是大陸來港的新移民。當然可以說新移民政治冷感，但始終他們只是貪圖香港的福利或工作機會，並未去到親自毀滅香港的地步。

An inconvenient truth

The other day, I had a conversation with a few kindred spirits. We found that those who have taken part in selling out the localist movement are all Hong Kong locals -- native-born males and females grown up in the housing estates. None of them are new immigrants from the mainland. To be sure, it can be said that new immigrants are political apathetic, however, they are, after all, only aggressively desirous of Hong Kong's welfare and job opportunities, but have never gotten to the stage of taking actions themselves to destroy Hong Kong.



我們說香港有什麼文化傳承與制度遺產，但大家不要忘記，那幾乎全部是英國人在香港建立起來的，或由英國人扶植起來的，香港人是被動或蒙昧地參與，無流過血淚，高級香港人是買辦，低級香港華人是妒忌買辦，大家都在尋找機會出賣香港換錢。（2011-2016年的光復行動、2014年的雨傘革命是香港人親手建立起來的鬥爭傳統，但好快被港獨自決派綁架和出賣。）

We say Hong Kong has certain cultural heritage and institutional legacy, but we must not forget that almost the whole of that was put in place in Hong Kong or fostered by the British, while people of Hong Kong just participated in a passive or benighted way, without the shedding of tears or blood. Against this background, the upper class of Hong Kong people have been compradors, whom the lower class of Chinese people have been jealous of; both of them, however, have always been looking for opportunities to sell out Hong Kong for money. (Established by Hong Kong people themselves, the tradition of struggle composed of the 'recovery action' in the period of 2011-2016 and the umbrella revolution in 2014, was, however, soon hijacked and sold out by the pro-independence self-determination camp)



在陳雲haters之中，我發現全部是香港本土人，全部是香港出生的，沒有一個是新移民，童年來港的新移民都沒有（楊、梁、琦這些一開始就背叛香港的不算，這三人也是各自搵食，並未公然攻擊陳雲）。這是令我非常不安和恥辱的事。

Among the haters of Wan Chin, I found that they are all Hong Kong locals, all born in Hong Kong --- no new immigrants at all, not even new immigrants who came to Hong Kong in their childhood (Yeung, Leung and Kei are to be counted out because they betrayed Hong Kong from day one, moreover, these three guys only do their own wheeling and dealing and have never pilloried me.) This matter leaves me utterly distraught and makes me feel shame about Hong Kong.



我在德國從事民運時期，見過天安門民運學生，知道一九八九年六四天安門屠殺之後，天安門義士也是一路躲藏，好少人告發，他們都是躲藏在民間，轉折由北京逃到廣東之後來香港，期間列車員、汽車司機、平民百姓都是假裝看不到，或送一些錢和食物給他們繼續逃走。這種情況，恐怕不會在香港發生。

During the time when I was in Germany engaged in activities of the democracy movement, I met some of the students who had participated in the Tiananmen pro-democracy movement. From them, I learned that after the June Fourth Tiananmen massacre in 1989, the Tiananmen pro-democracy activists had been hiding themselves all the way and very few people informed against them. Hiding among the masses, they escaped from Beijing, tortuously finding their way to Kuangtung, and later to Hong Kong. During their journeys, train attendants, car drivers, and civilians all pretended they didn't see them or they might give them some money and food to help them continue their escape. I am afraid this sort of situation would not happen in Hong Kong.



篤灰、出賣、背叛，為了幾個臭錢出賣同道和出賣一地的前程，這些事，大陸人也做不出來，香港人就樂意為之。民國老人、港獨青年，甚至不惜毀壞自身名譽來玷污本土運動、陷害香港，這種情況，恐怕在以前的蘇聯也找不到。

For just a petty sum of filthy money, some people of Hong Kong don't mind to sell out kindred spirits and the future of the entire territory. While denunciation, sell-out, betrayal are acts even the mainland people do not dare to commit, Hong Kong locals are happy to engage in. The Republican old chap and the pro-independence young people don't even mind tarnishing the localist movement and laying plans to ruin Hong Kong at the cost of the destruction of their own reputation. I am afraid such situation did not occur even in the former Soviet Union.



香港是個令人恥辱和心寒的地方。

Hong Kong is a place that makes you feel ashamed, disheartened and threatened.
